Nothing terribly new to add today; finished up Day 3 of training, and training just really isn't all that interesting, no matter what continent you're on. I will say this of my Australian trainees: I've never worked with a group of people who are at the same time smarter, funnier and more polite than these folks. The Australian attitude is one from which the rest of the world can learn.
