The good news
The Young Daughter is fine, according to the little MRI done on Friday. A "totally unremarkable" scan, remarked the doctor. This is good news. It doesn't definitively mean she doesn't have whatever it is they think she has -- the spots on her skin remain suspicious, and we still have to be referred to a specialist -- but as of right now, as I asserted earlier, everything's fine.
