Actually heard in my house today ... The Boy, 4, to his 2-year-old sister, who's been annoying him for two hours leading up to this: "Urrrrrrgh! I'm going to sell you on eBay!" (This, of course, begs the question: How the hell does he know about eBay? I'll keep an eye out for mysterious deliveries of action figures ... )

After the post below ripping the American automotive industry, is it any coincidence that my Oldsmobile almost left me stranded at work last night? Had to get it towed to the dealer from work to repair a "faulty ignition module." Thank God for Roadside Assistance and the 60,000-mile extended warranty. (Take that, Detroit.) Of course, it should be noted that Hondas or Toyotas probably don't need 60,000-mile extended warranties ...
