"BREAKING NEWS: Parts of Patriot Act ruled unconstitutional"

Am searching for the most intellectual way to put this ... searching ... searching ... hey, there it is: "No shit, Sherlock."

It didn't take a constitutional scholar to figure that one out. Here's hoping they keep thinking straight and rule the rest of the damn thing unconstitutional.
