A leisurely day, so far
Working in Netscape. One can argue -- strongly -- that Blogger's interface looks better in Netscape. But not being one to argue anything strongly, I won't.

Taking the day off from my real job to celebrate Dr. King, and, more actively, to catch up on some freelance duties. The freelance gig is something new, and very exciting. However, it certainly provides its own challenges -- namely, the inability to work more than three minutes at a time without being interrupted by a mini-human.

Living out here in the hinterlands, I have known of a lot of people who work at home. I admire and envy them, but at the same time, I wonder how in the hell they do it. It's nice to be able to work in one's underwear, I suppose, but it's not easy to maintain focus.

Speaking of the hinterlands: Not a lot of demand for the house yet. Something about too much supply in our price range. We'll give it a little more time and see how it goes.
